Trademark Policy
Effective August 1, 2026
"Aurora" and the Aurora logo are trademarks of Aurora. This policy explains how they may — and may not — be used by others.
Permitted use
You may use the Aurora name in text to accurately refer to our products (e.g. "built on Aurora’s CRM API", "we use Aurora for support"), including in press coverage, integration listings, and case studies, provided the use is accurate and doesn’t imply endorsement that doesn’t exist.
Partners and technology integrators with an active agreement may use approved logo assets per their partnership terms — contact partners@aurora.com for brand assets and usage approval.
Prohibited use
Don’t use the Aurora name or logo in a way that suggests your product, service, or organization is Aurora, is officially affiliated with Aurora, or is endorsed by Aurora, when it isn’t.
Don’t modify the Aurora logo (color, proportions, or elements), combine it with other logos to form a composite mark, or use it as part of your own product or company name/domain.
Requesting permission
For uses beyond accurate factual reference, email legal@aurora.com describing the intended use.
