Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Aurora’s CRM, Help Desk, Marketing, and related applications (the "Service"), operated by Aurora ("Aurora", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

1. Accounts & organizations

You must provide accurate information to create an account. Your organization’s administrators are responsible for managing user access within your Aurora workspace, including offboarding users who should no longer have access.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a per-seat, monthly or annual basis via our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Prices, plan features, and seat counts may change; material changes to pricing take effect at your next renewal with advance notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features (falling back to Starter-tier limits) or, after continued non-payment, account suspension.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Aurora to violate applicable law, infringe others’ intellectual property (see our IPR Complaints process), send unsolicited bulk communications (see our Anti-spam Policy), attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Aurora ("Customer Data"). We process it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for the legality of the data you upload and the consents underlying it.

5. Intellectual property

Aurora and its licensors retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and trademarks (see our Trademark Policy). These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service — nothing here transfers ownership of our IP to you.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, including violations of our Abuse Policy, after reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice (e.g. by email or in-app) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
