Abuse Policy

Effective August 1, 2026

This policy applies to all use of Aurora — the platform, its APIs, and any communications sent through it — and exists alongside our Terms of Service, Anti-spam Policy, and IPR Complaints process.

Prohibited conduct

Using Aurora to send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing content, malware, or fraudulent communications of any kind.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another organization’s workspace, probing or scanning our infrastructure, or circumventing rate limits, authentication, or usage restrictions.

Uploading content that is unlawful, harassing, or that infringes another party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

Reselling or providing third-party access to the Service outside of an authorized partner agreement.

Reporting abuse

If you’ve encountered abusive behavior involving Aurora — a phishing email, a spam WhatsApp message, or suspicious account activity — report it to abuse@aurora.com with as much detail as possible (headers, screenshots, sending organization if known). We investigate all reports.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may warn the responsible organization, suspend specific capabilities (e.g. campaign sending), suspend the account pending investigation, or terminate the account. Illegal conduct may also be reported to relevant authorities.
