IPR Complaints
Effective August 1, 2026
Aurora respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of everyone using the platform. This page explains how to report suspected infringement.
Filing a complaint
If you believe content stored, transmitted, or displayed through Aurora by one of our customers infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, send a written complaint to ipr@aurora.com including: (1) identification of the work you claim is infringed, (2) identification and location of the allegedly infringing material within Aurora, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
What happens next
We review complete complaints promptly, and where warranted, remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the affected customer. Repeat infringers may have their Aurora account suspended or terminated.
Counter-notice
A customer whose content was removed may submit a counter-notice explaining why the material does not infringe. We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the material after a reasonable waiting period unless the complainant pursues further action.
