Privacy Policy

Account information you provide directly: name, work email, organization name, and billing details (processed by Stripe — Aurora does not store full card numbers).

Customer Data you or your organization input into Aurora to use the Service: contacts, deals, tickets, chat and email content, and related records.

Usage data collected automatically: pages visited, feature interactions, device/browser information, and IP address, used to operate and improve the Service and for security monitoring (see our Cookie Policy for details on cookies specifically).

To provide, maintain, and secure the Service; to communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates; to provide customer support; and, in aggregate/de-identified form, to understand product usage and improve Aurora.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your Customer Data to train models or share it with other customers.

When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Aurora, our users, or the public.

In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to the same protections described here.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Organization admins can export or delete Customer Data directly from Aurora; individual data-subject requests can be sent to privacy@aurora.com. See our GDPR Compliance page for EU-specific rights.

We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your organization’s account is active, plus a limited period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
